Naek Construction Company, a Connecticut corporation, specializes in development, construction management, and general contracting for industrial, commercial and public buildings. Customers include private owners, municipalities and the State of Connecticut. The company, formed in 1978, has grown steadily as a result of experienced management capabilities, professional staff, and exemplary performance record.
Naek was founded by the president of the company, Rashid Hamid. Mr. Hamid oversees all aspects of the business from sales to estimating to job completion. In addition to previous public works and project engineering positions, Mr. Hamid holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Testa graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Structural Design, and a Certificate of Business Administration from Tunxis Community College.

Loveland Farms | Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We have compiled this short list of frequently asked questions. We hope it is helpful to answer the questions that jump to your mind.

Q. I am interested in living at The Village at Loveland Hills. How do I secure a spot?
A. CENTURY 21® Connecticut Realty Associates is currently taking Non-Binding Reservations. A Non-Binding Reservation gives potential owners preference regarding choice of style and location of unit in advance of offering.

Q. How do I know if the Village at Loveland Hills is for me?
A. The homes will be offered at a range of approximately $304,400 to $342,400.
Amenities include:

  • A Clubhouse
  • Walking Trails
  • As well as all of the things that Hebron has to offer.

Q. What other fees might I encounter on a monthly basis?
A. There will be a monthly homeowners fee of approximately $185/month. Included in that fee are:

  • Paving
  • Lawn care
  • Weekly garbage collection
  • Building maintenance
  • Insurance
  • Clubhouse maintenance

Not included in that fee will be:

  • Water/sewer usage fee (sewage will be a cost of $270 per year; water will be metered—monthly fee of $18 plus $4.96/ thousand gallons used.)

Q. Who is in charge of Site Management?
A. A professional management company manages the site at the direction of the current board, which is comprised of home owners.

Welcome to Hebron Welcome to Hebron! The town of Hebron welcomes you with this wonderful classically styled sign located at an entrance to town.
The Airline Trail Parking Lot The Air Line Trail is the site of the former Air Line Railroad. East Hampton, Colchester and Hebron have worked together to develop this multi-purpose trail for biking, hiking, horse riding, cross country skiing, running, leashed dog walking. It is handicap accessible.
The American Legion The local American Legion is an active group that takes part in the annual Maple Fest in the spring of each year and the annual Hebron Harvest Fair in the fall. They are also participants in the annual Memorial and Veterans Day Parades.
The Old Burrows Hill School House The Old Burrows Hill School House.
This recently restored building is opened for visitation on occasion and one can feel the history of the Burrows Hill school children.
The Douglas Library The Douglas Library is located on the town green in Hebron. It's a community resource that's open six days a week.
The Gull School House The Gull School House was moved to this location on Marjorie Circle from it's original location. It now proudly sets next to the Horton House and can be open for display on special occasions.
The Horton House The Horton House. The Horton House is located on Marjorie Circle and can be accessed by parking in the Hebron Town Hall parking lot. The Hebron Building Dept, Health Dept and Zoning Dept are all housed here.
The Jeremy River The Jeremy River is a beautiful scene as it cascades past the old Grist Mill, whose wheel has since fallen by the wayside, but you can just about see the Historic Town Animal Pound in the background.
The Old Records Building The Old Records Building is located on Marjorie Circle near the intersection of RT 66 and Gilead St. Occasionally it is opened for visitors.
The Old Town Hall The Old Town Hall is located on the Hebron Green right across from our office! It is opened from time to time throughout the year for meetings and exhibitions.
Ted's Plaza Ted's Plaza. Convenient shopping is right around the corner at Ted's Plaza. There is a gift shop, restaurant and video rental shop as well as a spirit shop in the plaza. Presently, the Village Dentist has his office in the strip and the Hebron Pharmacy is right there as well as a bank!
